The Austin comedy scene is exploding, with comedians from all over the nation flocking to our city. The Velv is the longest-running comedy club in town, showcasing the best comics Austin has to offer for over 38 years!
We've assembled an All-Star group of comics that you've seen on SXSW, the Moontower Comedy Festival, and more! Our All-Star lineups have been carefully curated, featuring a good mix of established headliners and the hottest up-and-coming comics in town. With the latest uptick of famous comics moving to Austin, you never know who may drop in unannounced!
The Velveeta Room has been a constant presence in the local comedy scene, helping foster talent for nearly four decades. In a rapidly changing city, we embrace the new talent that has emerged here, while still proudly remaining a symbol of Old Austin. Come hang!
