AUSMASA Workforce Insights Roundtable Consultations – Brisbane

Join industry leaders, training providers, government representatives and workforce stakeholders to explore the key workforce challenges and emerging trends shaping Australia's mining and automotive sectors.

The Workforce Insights Roundtable will examine skills shortages, training gaps, workforce participation and future workforce needs, while providing an opportunity to contribute directly to several of AUSMASA's current research projects, including machine control guidance technicians, EV skills and licensing requirements, and non-accredited training.

Through a combination of industry discussion and interactive workshops, participants will help inform future workforce planning, training product development and skills solutions across the mining and automotive industries.
