Aurora Yoga is an immersive audio, visual, and mindful movement experience. In February, we continue with a 4-class series devoted to exploring the 7 chakras, or energy centers in the body. This installment is the third in the series and will dive into the heart (anahata) and throat (vishuddha) chakras with an “empowering” flow.
Tashi the Yogini will lead you through a meditative and easeful flow, while Lazer Catcher will paint the walls and ceiling with a visual masterpiece. Our guest DJ, Web Hollow, will guide us through an electronic soundscape, making this a truly unique sensory experience you won’t want to miss
