🌟 Luciano (Argentina / Berlin)
He is the founder of Tango Informal in Berlin and one of the key figures in Berlin’s alternative tango community, both as a teacher and as a DJ.
In his classes, Luciano focuses on technique over sequences, helping dancers develop body awareness, balance, quality of movement, and musical connection. He’s known for explaining complex concepts in simple ways, making his classes accessible and engaging for dancers of all levels.
🌟 Nina Krook (Finland)
Nina Krook is one of Finland’s leading tango teachers and a pioneer of Tango Nuevo in the country. With over 30 years of dance and teaching experience, she runs Tangokoulu Helsinki and is active in festivals and events throughout Finland. Her teaching is clear, precise, and adaptable for dancers from beginners to advanced levels, and she’s widely respected for her deep understanding of tango technique and musicality.

🌟 Alejandro Herlan (Argentina / Helsinki)
He is a passionate teacher who blends traditional tango technique with the creativity of modern Neotango. He has over 10 years of experience teaching across Europe in cities like Oslo, Stockholm, Tallinn, Warsaw, Nice, Kiev and many more.In Finland, he teaches at Tango Club Helsinki, focusing on the quality of the embrace, elegant walking, body awareness, and musical interpretation, both traditional and modern.

Luciano is one of the most beloved DJs in Berlin’s alternative tango community, known for his calm and melodic sets that create a smooth, uninterrupted flow throughout the night. He often plays electronic tango, contemporary tango orchestras, and always surprises dancers with a unique track in an unexpected language. His selections are carefully chosen to be fully danceable, offering dancers a creative and refined musical journey.
🎧 Nina Krook (Finland)
Nina is widely regarded as Finland’s top Neotango DJ, praised for her ability to create unique atmospheres and maintain the flow of the dance floor. She prefers alternative music and carefully crafts her sets to keep dancers connected and inspired. Her musical choices help transform every Neolonga into an engaging and memorable experience.
🎧 Alejandro Herlan (Argentina / Helsinki)
Alejandro is one of Finland’s most active Neotango DJs. His style blends modern tango orchestras, electronic tango, and danceable alternative music, including ballads, rock, jazz, trap, and hip hop. He adapts his sets to the atmosphere, skillfully alternating between melodic tandas and powerful moments, always aiming to connect with the dancers’ energy and keep the floor alive.
🎧Fredrik (Sweden)
Fredrik is a neo tango DJ with over 7 years of dancing experience, having learned tango from a modern and contemporary perspective. For the past 3 years, he has been running his own milonga called Anarcho Milonga in Stockholm, known for its authentic atmosphere and innovative music selection that brings together the city’s neo tango community.

No partner is required to join the Neolongas
For the Int/Adv workshops, we recommend attending with a partner . However, it is also possible to register solo for the classes and we will do our best to maintain a balanced leader/follower ratio.
Priority for workshop spots will be given based on early registration, so we recommend signing up as soon as possible to secure your place.
