Explore the history of Aurora and the Burlington Railroad: Celebrating 175 Years, 1849-2024.Artifacts include photos, a handcar, keys, signage, a bell from Chicago, Burlington & Quincy (CB&Q) Railroad Steam Engine #4956, and two pieces from locomotives involved in the 1964 train wreck in Montgomery, to name a few.
The exhibit will run from Friday, March 1, 2024 through Saturday, August 17, 2024. Free, donations appreciated.
