About this Event

Who is invited to attend:

Are you feeling frazzled, anxious, sad, or stressed? Overwhelmed by day-to-day life and its complexities? Feeling like you can't claw your way out of nervous system overload? In need of connection and a sense of hope?

Join us for an evening of calming, grounding auricular (ear-based) acupuncture done in a community-based style (you'll be in a small circle of chairs with a few other participants). As we head into Chanukah and the longest night of the year and the Winter Solstice, the intention of this event is to bring participants a sense of lightness.

5NP (5 Needle Protocol) was developed in the Bronx in the 1970’s and used to treat substance abuse, to detox, PTSD from disaster or emotional trauma. These points promote relaxation by calming and “re-setting” the nervous system.

Please arrive at 7pm and stay for up to 45 minutes unless you add on heat therapy. Please wear a mask during this event.

Testimonial from a participant from one of these events:

“I went into the session with hope for some relief after an extended period of high stress. I was shocked at how well the acupuncture brought deep relaxation to my whole body. Dani was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to returning for additional treatment from Dani!”
