About this Event

August INFRASTRUCTOUR: Sunset Park — Powering NYC's Future

Join us Saturday, August 22, 1:00–3:30pm for an INFRASTRUCTOUR, led by Cullen Brown from Infrastructours! We're heading to Sunset Park, Brooklyn to explore the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal (SBMT), a recently revitalized 60-acre multi-use port, and WindScape Brooklyn, an interactive learning center focused on offshore wind education — both tied to the Empire Wind project.

Offshore wind is a major opportunity for NYC: it diversifies our power grid, revitalizes our ports, and creates jobs for the maritime workforce.
