August Wine Event

Join us for August's Wine Club: Black Stallion Estate Winery on Wednesday, August 13th from 6pm - 7:30pm on Hotel Boulderado's charming mezzanine. Enjoy light bites paired with a special selection of wines accompanied by special presentations explaining the wine and food inspiration.

Grilled Gulf Shrimp Salad

Pinot Braised Bison Short Ribs

Herby blue corn grits, red wine mushroom demi, juniper dust

Espresso Panna Cotta

Black currant and cabernet coulis, cocoa nib and hazelnut tuille

Paired with Black Stallion Estate Winery, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Featured wines will be available by the bottle. Tickets are $45 per person plus tax and fees. Guests must be 21+ years old.

Cancelation Policy: Guests can cancel 6+ days before the event to receive refund of $45. If canceled 5 days or less before event date, a refund is not available. Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] or 303-440-2892.
