The Rewired Self has created a monthly wellness meet-up that blends Mind-Body wellness with genuine community connection.
Each month, we explore a new theme rooted in emotional growth, inner peace, and personal empowerment — so you can heal deeply and connect authentically with others on a similar path.
What to expect at the meeting this month:
- 30-minute mix and mingle, and meet like-minded people
- 50-minute overview of mind-body healing with BREATHWORK & REIKI
- 40-minute individual introductions
