All throughout August, our instructors will be bringing in new material for you to try out on the dance floor. Whether you’ve never danced before or you want to dive deeper into your technique, musicality, and connection, we want to see you out on the dance floor with us!

Transitioning from 6 to 8 count | Ammie & Sam
Ready to level up your swing dancing??
This 4-week beginner Lindy Hop series is designed to bridge the gap between our 6 ct lindy hop and our faster paced 8 ct intermediate classes and get you ready to join our series in September. We'll build confidence with foundational moves, introduce 8 ct rhythms and moves such as the swingout, and sharpen your partner connection and musicality. This series is perfect for recent beginners looking to expand their skills and step onto the social dance floor with style!
Who is this class for? Anyone who's take our beginner drop-in classes (at least twice) or if you already know 8 ct lindy hop moves! Ammie & Sam will be covering connection, rhythm, and foundations to get everyone prepared for our 8 ct series and lindy hop workshop next month.
