Join me on Monday 25th August at Vibe cafe for my next mindfulness group. These drop-in sessions are designed for anyone interested in enhancing their mental fitness and wellbeing through the practice of Mindfulness and meditation, as well as those interested in embodiment and awakening.
Each session begins with a short talk followed by a 45-minute guided meditation, a tea break, and then time for discussion, questions and answers.
