FSM Kids Summer camp starting Monday 19 th August - Friday 23rd August

4 Hours a day for 5 days

Gymnastics: Handstands – Ring work – Tumbles – Jumping – Landing

Structured Strength: Squat – Press – Lift – Loaded Carry

Cardio: Running, Rowing, Bodyweight calisthenics

Skills Development: Balance – Coordination – Accuracy

Team Building: Team tasks – Team workouts

Fitness Education: Building resilience in kids – Why we move

Nutrition: What is food? – Food for energy - Sugar and what it does

Basic Safety Education

This camp is for 8-12 years

Price €100 per child

Time: 11.30am-3.30am

All children will receive a FSM T-shirt.
