August Farm to Fork Dinner
Enjoy a delicious and beautiful meal from the bounty of the Willamette Valley, prepared from Trellis. Trellis of Dundee brings people together to enjoy the best that Oregon has to offer in an approachable way. With a wealth of local and seasonal produce, high quality Willamette Valley wines, and the best cooking and serving talent the area has to offer.
The wines for this dinner will feature St. Josef Wine out of Canby. The winemakers will be at the dinner and to talk about the wines and answer any questions about the pairings. Due to demand, this year we are adding a non-alcoholic pairing for both dinners. There will be non-alcoholic pairings with each course.
Trellis will bring their wood fired brick oven for the E.Z. Orchards farm to fork dinner for preparing your meal. A meal that is sure to delight your taste buds. The dinner will consist of four courses, each paired with a cider or wine. Cost is $120 per person, includes wine and non-alcoholic pairings.
Dinner will start at 6:00 PM and meet at the Lavender Garden by the Shortcake Stand. The dinner normally goes until around 9:00pm, or later if you are socializing.
