August Community Gathering: Throat Chakra

You're invited to our August Community Gathering: Throat Chakra. Connecting to others is an integral part of the human experience, and being able to communicate authentically and honestly opens up the potential for meaningful relationships. When we are able to speak our truth, and really listen to others, it opens the doorway for truly being seen and heard for who we really are. Together in community we'll dive into breathwork, sound, and conscious conversation to cultivate a deeper understanding and relationship with our Throat Chakra. Take time to practice expressing yourself authentically in a safe, loving space. Bring a journal (if you have one), and bonus points for wearing blue! See you August 16th at 4 pm.
