August Beer and Hymns

Beer and Hymns Louisville is an interdenominational collection of folks from many different churches. We wholeheartedly welcome the beautiful diversity of our community, believe Black lives matter, and celebrate our LGBTQIA+ siblings as children of God.
Beer and Hymns provides a platform for local nonprofits to share the great work they are doing to improve quality of life in Louisville and Kentuckiana, particularly for people who are on the margins in our communities. This event's nonprofit partner is LA CASITA CENTER.
Whether you are a person of any faith or no faith, whether you have been wounded by the church and have never gone back, whether you are skeptical, curious, or just looking for connection, you are welcome!
This is a family friendly event! Alcohol is available, but not the main focus of our gathering and certainly is not required to have a good time.
So come out and sing! Bring your friends, your church choir, and people who love to sing but have not set foot in a church for a long time. When we say everyone is welcome, we mean it. “Y’all means all!”
