Overview:
Come celebrate black philanthropy month with the Association of Fundraising Professionals in South Hampton Roads. Dr. J and her team at Norfolk State University will host our lunch and program. We will have philanthropists and leaders from our African American community to share the recent triumphs in fundraising amongst our colleges, universities, and civic organizations. Come hear how NSU was able to secure more than $140million, ODU more than $500million, and our local community colleges raising more funds than ever before in the histories. This is a very exciting time for philanthropy in our region and our black communities are engaged at the highest levels.
