Join ARC at Augsburg University to talk to students about the benefits of switching to a plant-based diet!ARC will set up a table in Christensen Center with pay-per-view virtual reality headsets that show how animals raised for food under cruel standard farming practices end up in neatly wrapped packages at the grocery stores. Viewers can choose to watch from the eyes of a chicken, a pig, or a cow exploited for her milk. Each student is given $1 to watch one of the videos and have a conversation with an ARC staff member or volunteer about what they witnessed. Volunteers are needed to help distribute literature, set up the headsets, and talk to students about animal rights and veganism.
