This will be an outdoor Nerf war for ages 13+. Trying out SEPNA a new name as NocBC was based on the church's name which is no longer applicable. There is no sign up limit for this event, so no need to worry about signing up before slots are filled. Official sign up is on the Google doc. RULES:
PLAYER:
-1 dart hit counts as an out anywhere on the person, including blaster and gear.
-Back boundary is spawn, you can cross it anywhere along the boundary
-DO NOT LEAVE NERF BLASTERS ON THE GROUND.
-Please report anyone who continually breaks the rules
-Obstacles can only be moved by moderators or Nerf war host
-Everyone must participate in clean up
WEAPONS:
-Manual action FPS cap: 150
-Semi/full auto FPS cap: 130
-Mega Cap FPS cap: 120
-Shields can only be used with melee or blasters with less than 5 shots
AMMO:
Most ammo provided. Rival and Mega in limited supply
-Standard ammo, no perks
-Rival ammo, no perks
-Vortex Discs, Ricochets hits count
-Mega ammo, pierces shields
-Rockets, shield buster disables shields for the rest of the round
-Sock Bombs, throwing ammo/shield buster and Ricochet hits count (only hold 2 at a time)
Combat area:
The combat area will be a mix between a portion of the parking lot, and the pine trees that are right next to it. The designated area will be surrounded by cones and the staging will be within the shade of the trees. Stepping out of bounds will be an automatic out.
