A Sound Bath meditation is an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. It uses a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and sometimes the human voice, to create a landscape of sound that washes over you.
A Spiritual Reading is an ancient form of divination; an influential and insightful type of reading that consults with guardian angels, spirit guides, and/or loved ones who have passed on.
Spiritual Recharging is one of the most important activities that we can do. It is what allows us to recharge our physical and mental health so that we can perform at our best and continue to grow and evolve. Recharging also extends to your spiritual energy. If you are feeling like your soul is depleted, it is important to reenergize it to prevent burnout and to help you feel more connected to your inner self.

You have the option to lay beside the pool, sit in the hot tub, or float/stand in the pool for any duration of the Ceremony. Once you have registered, you will be sent a liability waiver that you need to sign.
