A Tomb With A View is set in as sinister an old library as one is likely to come across presided over by a portrait of a grim faced, mad eyed old man. There, a dusty, lawyer reads a will (involving some millions of pounds) to an equally sinister family one member of which has were wolf tendencies, another wanders around in a toga of Julius Caesar and a third member is a gentle old lady who plants more than seeds in her flower beds. By the third act, there are more corpses than live members left in the cast and what about the sympathetic nurse and the author of romantic novels are they all, or more than, they seem to be? All is revealed as the plot twists and turns to its surprising conclusion.

4m/6w and we are calling actors of all ages, sizes, races, and experience levels (saying that because I’ve been asked by auditioners before). Ages that are listed anywhere related to the show should be taken with a grain of salt. The List of Characters should be listed in any audition notices as stated below. Audition sign ups will go live in July and any person wishing to audition should be available on Sunday Evening for Callbacks if needed. Auditions will consist of cold reads from the script. Those called back should be dressed for movement as this show calls for some fight choreography and physicality.

Lucien Tomb – A scientist of High Esteem who most certainly does NOT have an anger problem
Dora Tomb – A gardener of poisonous plants with a proclivity for making wine
Emily Tomb – An apple munching heavyweight champion who (much like her brother) has NO anger management problems whatsoever.
Marcus Tomb – Henceforth referred unto as The Great Julius Caesar
Monica Tomb – A sex-kitten who will do anything to land her man
