Excited to announce upcoming auditions for our summer show, "The Boys in the Band," directed by Parker McGraw!
This show is centered around gay mens' experiences in the 1960s. All roles available.
Seeking Black and Jewish actors for the roles of:
- BERNARD (Black, male presenting, late 20s-30s)
- HAROLD (Jewish, male presenting, 30s)
Additional roles open to actors of all backgrounds:
- MICHAEL (male presenting, 30s)
- DONALD (male presenting, late 20s-mid 30s)
- EMORY (male presenting, mid 30s)
- LARRY (male presenting, 30s)
- HANK (male presenting, 30s-40s)
- COWBOY (male presenting, 20s)
- ALAN (male presenting, 30s)
AUDITION DATES: April 23 and April 24, 6-8pm.
*You only need to attend ONE audition (4/23 or 4/24).
CALLBACKS: April 25, 5:30-8pm.
AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 contrasting monologues (60 seconds each)
CALLBACK REQUIREMENTS:
- No preparation needed (callbacks will mostly be cold reads of material from the show).
