ABOUT PRIDE AND PREJUDICE
This isn’t your grandmother’s Austen! Bold, surprising, boisterous, and timely, this P&P for a new era explores the absurdities and thrills of finding your perfect (or imperfect) match in life. The outspoken Lizzy Bennet is determined to never marry, despite mounting pressure from society. ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Frances Dodds earned a BFA With Honors from UT at Austin where she studied directing under Dr. F. Hodge. She has stayed busy at the WLAC where she ran the Children’s Theatre program for many years. In addition, she stays busy with costuming & performing in season shows. Her last two directorial shows were The Wizard of Oz at the Palace & The Best Christmas Pageant Ever for The WLAC’s 50th Anniversary. Looking forward to playing lots of lively games with the cast of Pride and Prejudice! “Come have a ball at the Pride & Prejudice auditions. After all, what possibly could go wrong?”
