About the show:This stage adaptation of Agatha Christie’s masterpiece was written by Ken Ludwig. An eclectic group of passengers boards the Orient Express in Istanbul at the beginning of a three-day journey to Calais. A passenger is found dead on the second day. Stranded by heavy snow, the Orient Express is now the scene of a terrible murder. Hercule Poirot sets out to solve this seemingly unsolvable crime.
About the auditions:
● AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD AT The Leslie W. Johnson Theatre, (Inside Horace Mann Middle
School) located at 2820 Union Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081
● Auditions are Tuesday, October 8 and Wednesday, October 9, 6:30-8:30 pm. You only need to
come to one of these nights.
● Actors should plan to stay for the entire 6:30-8:30 time slot.
● The callback is Thursday October 10. Not everyone will be called back.
● We are looking for adult actors at least 21 years old. Acting talent, strong stage presence, and the
ability to learn foreign accents is critical. Actors are encouraged to audition for the character(s) for
which they are most interested, regardless of age.
● Actors should review the audition sides included in this audition call. It is encouraged – but not
required – to speak with the accents of the characters for whom you will audition.
