Saturday, June 3 from 10am- 2pm and Monday June 5 from 6pm-8pm. To schedule an

What to prepare
Please prepare a song of your choice that shows your range. Bring sheet music for our
accompanist, or an instrumental track (we will have a speaker provided to pair with.)
Dress comfortably to move. This is an energetic and physically active show. We will
teach a short dance combination.
You may be asked to read from sides.
Show Dates
Performances are Thursday - Sunday, July 13-30, 2023 (7:30pm Thurs-Sat; Sun 2:00pm)
Rehearsals will be held Monday- Thursday evenings and weekend afternoons. Not
everyone will be called for each rehearsal. (A tentative schedule will be posted at the
audition, but will be arranged around cast availability)—It is a short rehearsal period so attendance is important. Please be honest about any prior commitments
Show Summary
Jimmy Buffett’s Escape to Margaritaville is a musical comedy featuring the most-loved
Jimmy Buffett classics, including “Cheeseburger in Paradise”, “Margaritaville,” “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere,” “Fins,” “Volcano,” and many more. This hilarious and heartwarming musical follows a group of (mostly) hard working people who love deeply, fight for what they believe in, and value their friendships above all. This is a show about building something special and working hard to keep it that way; all packaged in between iconic songs and hilarious dialogue. This show will have audiences singing along and feeling like they’re also on the beaches of Margaritaville!
Please note that all ethnicities, all gender expressions, and all body types are encouraged to audition for this production as we are committed to casting a group of actors ranging in age from 18+ that will reflect the people of our community.
