'It's A Wonderful Life' is based on the story 'The Greatest Gift' by Philip Van Doren Stern. This production is presented with the permission of The Greatest Gift Corporation.
This is the story of George Bailey, an ordinary man from the small town of Bedford Falls whose hopes for adventure and escape have been set aside in favor of family responsibilities and service to his community. On Christmas Eve, as he falls into despair, his guardian angel arrives to guide him—revealing what life would have been like if he had never existed, and helping him realize that his life has, in truth, been a wonderful one.
Produced by special arrangement with THE DRAMATIC PUBLISHING COMPANY, INC., of Woodstock, Illinois. This show is directed by Christa Hailey.
