BRIGHT STAR is a heartwarming, toe-tapping musical that takes you on an unforgettable journey of love, resilience, and redemption. Set against the stunning backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and 1940s, this Tony-nominated show weaves together two timelines to tell a deeply moving story inspired by a true event. Directed by Jacksonville native Juliet Fixel (NYC Choreographer, Director, and Owner/Artistic Director of JFix Productions and Choreography) and Ava Fixel (Artistic Director of Act ii Players), this production will bring together singers, dancers, musicians and artists of all kinds.

*Must be 18 to audition
*Dancers with all levels of vocal ability are encouraged to attend
Auditions: April 10th and 11th at 6:30 p.m.
Callbacks: April 12th and 13th
Rehearsals will start at the end of May.
