We have some huge news! 🌪️ 𝑷𝑶𝑰𝑵𝑻 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑶𝑼𝑪𝑯: 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒚 is slowly making its way from a research towards a choreographic performance premiering in October 2026 at Studio ALTA in Prague and Dock 11 in Berlin.
That’s why we are looking for dancers & performers from Prague & Berlin to join us on stage! 🔍
👉🏽 We value curiosity for somatic work, comfort with improvisation, interest in voice or touch-based practices, a sense of humor, and a willingness to explore personal and physical boundaries ~ though we do not expect anyone to embody all of these.
👉🏽 The audition will take the shape of a workshop. We are committed to creating an environment attentive to diverse lived experiences, bodies, backgrounds, and access needs.
👉🏽 The process will be held in English.
𝑷𝑶𝑰𝑵𝑻 𝑶𝑭 𝑻𝑶𝑼𝑪𝑯: 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒚:
The project builds on somatic improvisation, choreographic research, and (non)touch-based encounters. Performers and dancers navigate proximity, elasticity, awkwardness, vulnerability, and the intensity of being affected ~ exploring empathy in its resonances and contradictions. Performers contribute as co-creators ~ your intuition, experience, courage and sensitivity shape the work from within.

👉🏽 Deadline for applications: December 9 (23:59 CET)
👉🏽 Results & audition invitations: December 14
👉🏽 Auditions: December 18 (10:00–13:00) in Berlin or December 19 (10:00–13:00) in Prague
👉🏽 Rehearsals and shows: over 4-8 weeks (spread across weeks 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 36, 40, 41 and 42)
