A Note about Auditions:
- Auditions are not a place of judgment, and we are not equipped or qualified to determine whether or not someone is talented. Auditions are the actor’s opportunity to offer their gifts. We then have to decide how best to use them or if we have a place for them at all.
- While we’d love to cast every single person who comes out for our shows, we’re unable to do so. It’s heartbreaking! Please help everyone involved by preparing your auditioner for the possibility that we might not have a place for them this time. We often have twice as many auditions as we have roles to fill, and this unfortunately means having to cut some immensely talented people.
- Please help us out by preparing your young actor before they come to auditions. If you do not believe they can handle possibly being cut from the show, we ask that you wait a bit longer before encouraging them to try out.
Thank you so much!
