Audiobook Walking Club - Bookish Bay Brigade

Join the Bookish Bay Brigade for our Audiobook Walking Club, where we get to enjoy our stories while also getting fresh air and some healthy exercise! Enjoy any audiobook of your choice as we stroll, it’s the perfect way to fit in a few chapters while getting your steps in!

We’ll stroll through some special spots and hidden gems in Golden Gate Park (such as the Shakespeare Garden) for a comfortable 1.5-2miles.

Not sure what to listen to? We recommend using Libby, a free app that lets you borrow audiobooks from your local library.

Meetup Spot:

11am - We will meet at a cafe near the park to enjoy a bite or coffee and chat about what you are going to listen to and meet fellow book lovers! The exact location will be provided over email upon registration.

Departure & Route:

11:30am - We kick off our walk into the park! A map of our route will be provided in advance over email for anyone that walks at a different pace from the rest of the group, though we will keep a comfortable pace for everyone to aim to be able to stick together!

Dress comfortably and bring water. If it rains, we’ll reschedule (check your email for updates).
