AuDHD Peer Support Group with Bristol Autism Support

ADHD Bristol Collective (A.B.C) and Bristol Autism Support are proud to be hosting a NEW regular meeting to discuss topics of interest related to Autism and ADHD.
Come and join us for a couple of hours, meeting like-minded individuals who understand what life is like living with AuDHD.
We offer a dedicated listening service to those who are diagnosed or undiagnosed with AuDHD.
We limit the meetings to 12 people per group. This number will include 2 people facilitating the session.
We work hard to provide a safe and confidential environment for you to share your experiences and gain support from peers who also live with AuDHD.
Please be advised that this is a listening service and some topics can be triggering, however, our facilitators are trained to guide the meetings to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe. Our facilitators are not trained counsellors.
