Conductor Shiyeon Sung Violin Yeyeong Jenny Jin Mozart The Magic Flute: Overture Mozart Violin Concerto No.3 'Strassburg' Dvorák Symphony No.7 Mozart's wonderful opera is a miraculous blend of low comedy and noble wisdom, and this is encapsulated in its overture. Solemn chords sound gravely - and give way to cheeky high spirits. His Violin Concerto No.3 is equally buoyant, and it's a treat to hear it played by Yeyeong Jenny Lin, the 2023 winner of the Michael Hill International Violin Competition.
