Join Austin Texas Musicians (ATXM) on Tuesday, September 1, from 7:00–10:00 PM for another edition of ATXM Night Shift—Austin’s longest-running music industry mixer and open mic.
We’re returning to the iconic Hotel Vegas on East Sixth Street for a free evening created for musicians, songwriters, producers, venue professionals, music organizations, creative entrepreneurs, and everyone invested in the future of Austin music.
Whether you’re looking for new collaborators, career connections, performance opportunities, community resources, or simply a welcoming place to spend time with Austin’s music community, Night Shift is where conversations begin and relationships grow.
🎤 Take the Stage: Open Mic Lottery
Night Shift features a listening-room-style open mic that gives selected artists an opportunity to perform for fellow musicians and members of Austin’s music industry.
Performance slots are selected by lottery.
Sets are limited to approximately 3–4 minutes.
Artists must RSVP and check in early to enter.
Performers should bring the instruments and equipment needed for their set.
Space near the stage is reserved for listening, while networking continues toward the back of the room.
Whether you perform or cheer on the artists taking the stage, your participation helps create a supportive environment where Austin talent can be heard and discovered.
