But "onboarding is broken" isn't actionable until you know which part, so we'll separate a drop-off problem from a value problem from a pricing problem, because those look identical in your dashboard and need completely different fixes.
You'll leave with:

• Your funnel mapped, with the actual leak located and the metrics worth watching at each step
• A set of fixes matched to where the problem sits, so a drop at step two and a drop at step six don't get the same treatment
• A way to tell whether a fix worked, instead of shipping three at once and never knowing
