Searching for Spanish and Haitian Creole speaking volunteers to assist Asylum seekers to translate forms and provide community resources.
About this Event

This training is to be in preperation for the Aylum Workshop that is scheduled for July 25, 2024, at 3:30pm.

During the volunteer training on July 18, we will provide:

Background for the workshop
Overview of asylum
Fillng out I-589
Station overview and Assignments

We are especially in need of Haitian Creole, French and Spanish translators/ interperters. However, we welcome any interested volunteers, even if you do not speak any of the above languages.
