One year ago, Atlanta Tango Social held its very first event. Since then, we've danced with a real community of dancers, and we're celebrating the only way that feels right: with a weekend of extraordinary tango.
We're bringing the 2018 World Tango de Pista Champions to Atlanta. If you're not familiar, Tango de Pista is the social style of tango, the way it's actually danced at milongas. Jose Luis and Carla didn't win on a stage with choreography. They won by dancing the way you dance. That distinction is what makes studying with them unlike anything else.
Four advanced workshops. Three milongas. A Saturday night Anniversary Gala with two back-to-back performances by the World Champions. Private lessons available throughout the weekend.
