Or come down and see how you score against the best.
Come down and test your:
- SPEED - 20m sprint
- STRENGTH - 5RM Bench + Max Chin-ups
- POWER - CMJ, Single Leg DJ, Broad Jump, Triple Hop, MB Chest Press.
- ENDURANCE - 2kmTT or 6min Max Aerobic Test
- BODY COMPOSITION - Height, Weight, Girth.
