Our Atomic Groove Dance Party Happy Hours at Belly Up are ALWAYS fun! For this one we’ll go even bigger as we’ll feature our BIG rocker guest vocalist Jeff and a play list that's BIG on dance floor FUN! Find a way to bring your version of BIG FUN... like, bring your BIG energy... wear some BIG hair…smile your BIG smiles… do your BIG dance moves...go BIG or go home!Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz dance class will take the stage for few songs with their continuing BIG effort and their BIG hearts… come cheer them on with some BIG support.

Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned MB Fit Studio, in Solana Beach.
Series 8 is now in progress and continues thru May. A section is always taught thoroughly so all levels can achieve a degree of success, first timers welcome throughout the series!
