ATLAS Unveils Seasonal Cocktails and Indulgent Festive Bites for December

Throughout December, ATLAS unveils a petite yet decadent festive menu featuring five holiday cocktails (SGD$25++ each) and two celebratory bites, perfect for cosy gatherings and year-end celebrations.

Festive sips include the Mistletoe Nouveau, blending rye with amontillado sherry, barley, kvass and citrus, and Spice The Halls, a warm spiced concoction marrying bourbon with American apple cider, cinnamon, clove and allspice. For those seeking indulgence, Hearthfire Chocolate combines tequila, cream, Valrhona dark chocolate and vanilla, while Winter Posset offers a boozy take on eggnog, a holiday classic, with dark rum, sweetened milk and cream, egg and nutmeg. Rounding out the collection, Amethyst-mas delivers a spirited nightcap of barrel-rested gin, vermouth, sloe & cassis, amaro and bitters.

To complement the tipples, festive bites include Butterflied Prawns with espelette agave butter served with mini baguettes, and a rich Sticky Date Pudding with mascarpone cream, vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel and red currants.
