About this Event

Overview

Join us at Warriors Way for the Atlas Railroad Spike Bladesmithing Class, a FREE hands-on class exclusively for Veterans and First Responders.

Participants will learn the fundamentals of traditional bladesmithing while transforming a railroad spike into a finished project they can take home.

Throughout the class, our instructors will guide participants through:

⚒️ Forge and shop safety
⚒️ Hammer control and basic forging techniques
⚒️ Shaping and blade geometry
⚒️ Grinding and finishing
⚒️ Final project completion

No previous forging experience is required. All necessary materials, tools, and equipment are provided by Warriors Way.

There is no cost to attend. This class is part of Warriors Way's mission to provide free recreational and hands-on opportunities for our Veteran and First Responder communities.

Eligibility: Veterans and First Responders only.
