In Atlas of the Heart, Brené Brown maps out the emotions and experiences that shape our lives. Through her unique blend of research, storytelling, and teaching, Brené explores 87 emotions and experiences to help us build a greater emotional vocabulary, expand our capacity for empathy, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others.

Over the course of this reading circle, we will:

• Reflect on the patterns that emerge in our emotional experiences.
• Engage in thoughtful discussions and personal insights, creating a space for meaningful connection and learning.
