Join ATLANTICUS at the legendary Keystone Korner for the Baltimore celebration of our new album Oceanic. We'll also be playing material from our previous releases, plus a special surprise or two!We draw from the storied tradition of the great Hammond organ groups, with a post-modern sound echoing the ground-breaking organ quartet of Larry Young’s Unity album. Our music spans the stylistic spectrum from the hard bop blowout of our debut album's title track “Blue Haven,” the modal explorations of “That's What,” the odd-metered funk of “Swank,” and the Afro-Cuban re-imagining of the Bobby Timmons classic “Moanin’.”
