The Atlantic City Lift Off is part of the Mr. America All American Sports Festival in Atlantic City.
All athletes will receive free admission to the other sports.
Entries are limited to the first 100 participants.
All USA Masters Weightlifting and IMWA rules will apply.
Open to all lifters, regardless of age.

REFUND POLICY: There are NO Refunds or transfers for this event.
All Athletes who would like totals to count as a USA Masters athlete must register as a member of USA Masters Weightlifting. For all others, this is an unsanctioned Olympic Weightlifting event where all are welcome. No memberships required. Prize packages will be awarded to best lifters.
Qualifying Period: There are no qualifying totals for this event.
COMPETITION Schedule and Start List:
Competition will take place on Saturday. The exact lifting schedule will not be determined until after the entry deadline.
Weight Category:
WOMEN: 45, 49, 55, 59, 64, 71, 76, 81, 87, 87+
MEN: 55, 61, 67, 73, 81, 89, 96,102, 109, 109+
Age Divisions: Youth (6-7,8-9,10-11,12-13) Teen (14-15,16-17,18-19) Junior(20-23) Open, Sub-Masters(30-34) Masters 35-39, 40-44, 45-49 etc. in 5 year increments
Awards: Medals First thru 3RD
Best lifter awards in many divisions
