The world feels heavy right now — every day brings a new tragedy, and it’s easy to feel like we have to hold it all together. But when we don’t let the anger, stress, or grief move through our bodies, it gets stuck. Scream Club™ is a space to release it.

💨 Why We Do It
We live in a world that tells us to stay quiet, keep calm, and carry on — even when we’re not fine. Screaming is a reset for the mind and body. And when we do it together, something shifts: you realize you’re not the only one carrying heavy things, and you don’t have to carry them alone.

🙌 How It Works

• Show up – No cost. No sign-up. Just come as you are.
• Let it out – Write you’re holding onto, toss it in the lake, breathe, and scream.
• Feel the shift – It only takes a few minutes. We heal in community.
