It's FREE and EVERYONE is welcome! Come learn self-defense from Atlanta Kick black belt instructor, Ryan Shelor.
What would you do if someone attacked you? Self defense starts before confrontation begins! Join the team in a hands-on approach to the should and should nots of defending yourself in a handful of risky situations. RSVP please!
Anyone 15+ can participate! Anyone under 18 must have a parent present to sign a waiver.
Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals.
This is a safe space.

This workshop is beginner friends - so ALL bodies welcome.
