Houston’s new urban speed dating event! It has taken off like crazy! PEOPLE LOVE IT! We are helping singles possibly find love, network, and make new friends.⭐️Check-in time begins at 7:00PM. The speed Dating will be from 8:00PM to 10:00PM and you MUST arrive ON TIME! In order to successfully execute a Speed Dating event all participants must be on time. So those who are intentional about dating will be there on time!

⭐️There will be dancing, alcoholic beverages, food, and music. There is also an afterparty. Your speed dating ticket gets you entry into the afterparty. Afterparty ONLY tickets are available with entry at 9:30pm💃🏽🕺🏽🎉🥳"Observe only" tickets are also available. With this ticket you are able to enter the room at 7:00PM and you will be seated in a designated area or at the bar to observe the event and enjoy the food, drinks and ambience. There is no additional entertainment provided. You are sitting and observing. You will not be allowed to participate in the Speed Dating with this type of ticket.

We will also be hosting our "Let's Talk About It" event with entry at 9:30pm!

By participating in the Event, you authorize Halo Infinity LLC to use your name, and any and all photos, videography or other image capture and statements provided by you or in any way related to the Event, for purposes of perpetuity, including without limitation, art, editorial, advertising, trade and web use, without further compensation and hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos, video footage, advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith, or to the eventual use that use that it may be applied. Further, you agree to release Halo Infinity LLC from any claim related to the use of your photo, videography or other image capture or statement provided by you related to your participation in the Event. This includes, without limitation, claims for slander, liable, defamation, violation of privacy, publicity, personality, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and/or damages arising from or in any way relating to your participation in the Event and/or use of your name, voice, and/or likeness in connection with the Event or the promotion thereof in all media now known or hereafter devised.

All title, ownership and intellectual property rights, including the rights to copyright, trademarks, service marks and logos (collectively, the "Intellectual Property") are vested Halo Infinity LLC. Nothing contained herein should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Intellectual Property without the written permission of Halo Infinity LLC.

Halo Infinity LLC does not perform background checks on or screen any individuals participating in our events. Nor do we verify personal information or any other aspects of their general background, character, or physical or mental health. It is up to you to clarify these issues to your own satisfaction and you agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other participants. Halo Infinity LLC makes no representation or warranties as to the conduct of other participants. By purchasing this ticket you are agreeing that Halo Infinity LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of our speed dating event.

By participating in the Event, you are agreeing that Halo Infinity LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective members, directors, officers, employees, and agents is not liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, direct, indirect, special, general, incidental and/or consequential, arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including, without limitation, damages arising out of communicating and/or meeting with other participants at the Event and the negligence of Halo Infinity LLC. Such damages include, without limitation, bodily injury, death, emotional distress, physical damages, and/or any other damages or losses. You understand that Halo Infinity LLC makes no guarantee, either express or implied, regarding your compatibility with any participant and by participating in the Event, you agree to assume full responsibility and risk with respect to the outcome of any relationship that may or may not arise between you and other participants.

Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Halo Infinity LLC event you agree to release Halo Infinity LLC and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Halo Infinity LLC from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a Halo Infinity LLC event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

VIP EXPERIENCE(with or without Speed Dating): You will SHARE a section with other attendees to avoid being shown in social media marketing videos while participating in the speed dating ONLY! HALO INFINITY LLC makes no GUARANTEES, but will do our best! This DOES NOT prevent being shown in marketing videos or pictures when you are in other areas of the venue OR other participants capturing you on their pictures/videos!

OPTIONAL: Once you purchase your ticket you have the option of sending us photographs/videos of yourself that we post to all social media platforms and platforms outside of social media for marketing and promotional purposes for our events. Photographs/videos may be used for an indefinite amount of time. Please make sure to send clear photographs and at least 6-8 photos. Halo Infinity LLC makes no guarantee that your photographs will be used. Please email them to [email protected]. By sending the photographs you are consenting and agreeing to their use and release Halo Infinity LLC from any liability or damages direct or indirect that may occur.
