ATL! Small Group Learn-to-Ride-a-Bike Workshop — Saturdays at 12:30 PMReady to finally ride a bike —or ride again? Join Coach Sha for a welcoming, beginner-friendly class for total beginners and returning riders who haven’t been on a bike in years. Small group, lots of coaching, step-by-step progress.
Time: 12:30–1:30 PM
Location: Washington Park — park at Washington Park Tennis (Racquet) Center, 1125 Lena St NW, Atlanta, GA 30314
Class size: Max 5 riders
You’ll learn (and refresh): mindset & breathing, balance (no training wheels), power-pedal starts, smooth braking, straight-line control, gentle turns.
Lapsed riders: we’ll shake off the rust, rebuild confidence, and get you rolling safely again.
Pricing (per person, per day)
• $60 bring your own bike & helmet
• $72 with bike rental (+$5 helmet rental if needed)

What to bring/wear: helmet, closed-toe sneakers, water, light snack. Pants recommended.
Weather: Dress for it. Layers and gloves recommended. We roll in chance of light rain; if conditions are unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no cost.
Accessibility note: If you or your rider is neurodivergent, anxious, or has sensory/learning differences, a private lesson is usually the best first step. We’ll set a calm pace, build confidence, and then move into groups when ready.
