Athleta is proud to partner with VHS Embodied Series to continue their mission of igniting the limitless potential in women and girls. Embodied is a summer long movement series designed to bridge the mind-body-spirit connection for the purpose of becoming a more embodied and spirited human being! We invite you to move freely, breathe intentionally, and explore what it means to fully inhabit the body. Classes will be taught and led by some of Chicago’s most talented and inspiring BIPOC wellness leaders. All humans are welcome. ?
