The ATHEON DASH is for those who seek a fun challenge. The perfect balance between a great run and fun challenge. You or your team will need some stamina and speed to navigate your way through the course and solve the puzzles & questions. This is the most popular because of its balance - challenging but not as intimidating.

Race Distance: 5k (estimate 3 - 5 miles).

Start Time: 9:00 am (check-in begins at 8:30 am).

Duration: 50 min - 1 hour and 50 min.

The ATHEON QUEST is for those who seek an epic challenge. You or your team will need great stamina to navigate the course and answer all the puzzles & questions. It's not easy, but boy is it extremely rewarding and wickedly fun.

Race Distance: 10k (estimate 6 - 10 miles).

Start Time: 8:00 am (check-in begins at 7:30 am).

Duration: 1.5 - 3 hours.

Because this is an orienteering route running race you easily can end up running more depending how good your or your team is at navigating the map route and locating each of the suspects or clues in the M**der mystery. Thus the exact amount of distance will be up to your or your team. Worth noting though. Almost every player who has particpated in this race has said that time and distance was irrelevant as they have so much fun navigating and solving the mystery, they don't even realize they are running a potentially long distance.
