Athens Black Market May 4th

Athens Black Market is a beautiful blend of community spirit and culture.

Imagine a pop-up market with a variety of vendors including food, clothing, art and music that champions diversity and inclusion in downtown Athens. This unique event offers a distinct space that merges black and minority entrepreneurship, culture and community.

It’s a fantastic platform designed to boost minority business owners and foster diversity, equity, and inclusion, right in the heart of downtown Athens.

What you need to know:

• Vendors begin setup at 10am on College Avenue across from UGA Arch (between Broad Street and Clayton Street). Setup must be completed by 12noon
• Vendors must provide their own 6×8 table and tent if needed.
• Food vendors allowed. No food trucks.
• Limited electrical outlets.
• Parking available in College Ave Parking Garage. Vendors can not block the streets or leave car unattended after unloading.
