Andrew MONTALI

Andrew a plus de 12 ans d'expérience dans les domaines de la Finance et du Conseil, en France et à l'international. Il a accompagné de nombreux acteurs bancaires mais aussi industriels sur des problématiques Transformation notamment. Il intervient aujourd'hui en tant qualité d'Executive Coach, certifié HEC Paris et membre de l'ICF. Il est passionné de sport notamment de kickboxing et de running où il y trouve beaucoup de satisfaction

Cécile LAMBERT

Cécile Lambert est coach professionnel certifiée HEC Paris et préparateur mental.
Elle a 18 ans de carrière en entreprise dans la direction de projet et la conduite du changement. Ancienne cadre dirigeante de la Banque-Assurance mais aussi passionnée de défis sportifs et ultra-traileuse, elle fusionne son expérience managériale avec les principes de la puissance mentale au service de la performance professionnelle.

Andrew has over 12 years' experience in finance and consulting, both in France and internationally. He has worked with a large number of banking and industrial players, particularly on transformation issues. He is now an Executive Coach, certified by HEC Paris and ICF accredited. He has a passion for sport, particularly kickboxing and running, which gives him a great deal of satisfaction.

Cécile Lambert

Cécile Lambert is a HEC Paris-certified professional coach and mental coach.
She has an 18-year corporate career in project management and change management. A former senior executive in banking and insurance, she is also a keen sportswoman and ultra-trail runner, and combines her managerial experience with the principles of mental power to enhance professional performance.
